IPTV GO is a media playback, organization and management application allowing the user to add their own sources, playlists or compatible access.
IPTV GO does not provide any audiovisual content, channel, playlist, IPTV stream or IPTV subscription.
3.No content provision
IPTV GO is a software player only.
IPTV GO does not provide, sell, rent, distribute, broadcast or retransmit any audiovisual content.
In particular, IPTV GO does not provide:
- television channels;
- movies;
- TV shows;
- TV bouquets;
- IPTV playlists;
- video streams;
- IPTV subscriptions;
- Xtream Codes access;
- M3U files;
- third-party streaming services.
The user adds their own sources, playlists, URLs, access or credentials.
The user is solely responsible for the sources they add and the content they access.
4.Third-party technical services
IPTV GO may use certain third-party services or components necessary for the application to function.
Apple
The application is distributed via the Apple App Store and runs on tvOS.
Certain features may depend on Apple services, in particular:
- the App Store;
- tvOS;
- iCloud;
- in-app purchases, if available;
- services related to the user's Apple account.
IPTV GO does not control Apple services and cannot be held responsible for any unavailability, restriction, modification or interruption related to these services.
iCloud
IPTV GO may use iCloud to back up or sync certain user data, in particular profiles, playlists, preferences, favorites, history or playback progress.
IPTV GO does not have its own backend to store this data.
iCloud sync depends on the user's Apple account, their iCloud settings, their internet connection and the availability of Apple services.
TMDB
IPTV GO may use The Movie Database, hereinafter "TMDB", to retrieve metadata, posters, descriptions, images, cast information or information related to certain movies and shows.
TMDB is used solely as a metadata service.
TMDB does not provide any video content within IPTV GO.
IPTV GO is not endorsed, certified or sponsored by TMDB.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
VLCKit / VideoLAN
IPTV GO may use VLCKit, a media library from VideoLAN, for certain video playback features.
VLCKit does not provide any channel, stream, playlist, IPTV subscription or audiovisual content.

5.Intellectual property
The IPTV GO application, its name, its logo, its interface, its graphic elements, its design, its architecture, its texts, its code and its features are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, extraction or exploitation of all or part of IPTV GO is prohibited.
Trademarks, logos, trade names and elements belonging to third parties, in particular Apple, TMDB, VideoLAN or VLC, remain the property of their respective owners.
The use of these names or trademarks in IPTV GO does not imply any partnership, endorsement, certification or sponsorship, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.In-app purchases
IPTV GO may offer in-app purchases via the Apple App Store.
These purchases concern solely the application's software features.
No in-app purchase grants access to channels, playlists, IPTV streams, movies, shows, TV bouquets, IPTV subscriptions or audiovisual content.
Payments, refunds, renewals and cancellations are managed by Apple according to the App Store's applicable rules.
7.Personal data
Information relating to the processing of personal data is detailed in a separate document: Privacy Policy — IPTV GO.
This policy describes in particular the use of iCloud, TMDB, local data, user preferences and any data related to in-app purchases.
8.Terms of use
The rules for using IPTV GO are detailed in a separate document: Terms of Use — IPTV GO.
These terms specify in particular:
- the user's responsibilities;
- the prohibition of illegal use;
- the absence of content provision by IPTV GO;
- the rules related to playlists and user sources;
- limitations of liability;
- any in-app purchases.
9.Reporting
For any question, complaint or report concerning IPTV GO, the user can contact the publisher at the following address: contact@iptvgo.app
For a report related to abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use of the application, the request should contain as much as possible:
- the identity of the requester;
- a precise description of the problem;
- information allowing identification of the use or source concerned;
- any evidence or information useful to processing the request.
As IPTV GO neither provides nor hosts content viewed via user sources, the publisher may not be technically able to remove content hosted on a third-party server.
10.Consumer mediation
This section will be completed if IPTV GO is operated as part of a declared professional or commercial activity.
In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to first contact the publisher at the following address: contact@iptvgo.app
If IPTV GO is commercialized as part of a professional activity, the publisher will provide the contact details of the competent consumer mediator.
Professionals must provide consumers with the contact details of the consumer mediator they fall under.
11.Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law, unless a mandatory provision applicable to the consumer states otherwise.
